Customer service emerges from a culture of ethics


Some #Microsoft users aren't feeling the holiday spirit this week after a new #Windows 10 update crashed their #Surface Book 2 laptops. Ostensibly, this is a breakdown in technology. But on another level it's a breakdown in ethics.


Needless to say, when you market a product or service you have a business obligation to make sure your customers get their money's worth. But you also have but a moral obligation.
