Why don't they know that we don't know?


I spent about ten frustrating minutes of trial and error trying to make a simple adjustment to my new computer monitor that the instructions failed to clearly communicate. Not a major life crisis, but totally unnecessary.


This is not the first time I’ve had something like this happen. And I’m pretty sure that it’s happened to you, too.


Customer service is really all about ethics. If we don't provide support to make using our products and services for our customers and clients, then we aren't doing our jobs.
